Freddy was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance and has worked with one of the “Big Four” audit firms globally. Tech-driven and resourceful, Freddy led the first audit firm in Nicaragua to achieve the ISO27001 Cyber Security Certification, despite not being an IT specialist, showcasing his adaptability and determination.

With a strong background in HR, business development, and troubleshooting, Freddy is also proficient in tech support, having worked as an Xbox Tech Support agent. His recent transition into the legal field through Legal Support Help highlights his versatility and passion for learning. Known for his skillful writing, communication, and focus on team bonding, Freddy is a fast learner who brings a diverse range of expertise to any role.

Outside of work, Freddy enjoys gaming, spending time as a proud dad, watching horror movies, and cooking to the rhythm of his favorite music.
