 Andre Yap is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in business administration and operations. He currently serves as the Director of Firm Operations at Transcendent Law Group, a leading boutique law firm that offers innovative and cost-effective legal solutions to clients across the Gulf South Region. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. He joined the firm in 2021 as a remote assistant and was promoted to his current role within a year due to his outstanding performance and leadership abilities. Prior to joining Transcendent Law Group, he worked as a remote assistant for a personal injury law firm based in Las Vegas, NV, and was a manager for an outsourcing company for a telecommunications giant, Spectrum, previously Time Warner Cable, where he managed a team of technical support representatives and handled complex technical issues and escalations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Carlos. He resides in Cebu, Philippines, and enjoys traveling, reading, and playing with the kids in his leisure time.
