Eloise M. Kaiser is a seasoned legal professional at Transcendent Law Group who works closely with attorneys to help clients move matters forward with clarity and care. With more than a decade of experience supporting business and intellectual property matters, Eloise is known for her calm, organized approach to the client experience. She has been instrumental in supporting the successful registration of trademarks, including helping address and overcome USPTO Office Action refusals through thorough case support and coordinated filings.

Eloise also brings experience in organizational compliance, as well as data breach and cybersecurity review, supporting teams in identifying key issues, organizing documentation, and helping clients navigate next steps.
Eloise earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. After law school, she continued building her legal professional career as an entrepreneur and later became a self-published author.

Eloise has also served as a guest panel speaker for the LotusLife Creative CoHearts and mentors young entrepreneurs and aspiring professionals. As an artist in her own right, Eloise’s work is grounded in a commitment to helping creatives and business owners protect what they are passionate about, and her love of the arts fuels her client-centered approach.

Outside of work, Eloise is a wife and mother who enjoys DIY projects, writing, spoken word, music, archery, cooking, baking, and spending time with family.
